Refund policy

To our dear customers,

All our bouquet pre-orders require full deposits after confirmation of the bouquet details. Bouquets are not refundable once sold.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
Items that are under major problems may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase :

- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Originally faculty and cannot be fixed/repaired

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, we will offer an exchange on most items (faculty items on sale not included) within 14 days of purchase.

Please make sure the items are in their original selling condition （with packaging）and that you have acceptable proof of purchase.
